The right team can make all the difference.
We believe in finding the ideal approach to get you where you need — and want — to be.
Hi, I’m Kelli!
I love helping organizations and people pause from the busyness of doing, reflect on and consider potential future directions, and then design and implement the most expedient and meaningful way to get there.
As an Executive People Leader with teams across the globe, I’ve spent my career exploring how we might design workplaces to infuse energy in people rather than drain it. I’m passionate about Positive Intelligence, neuroscience and Positive Psychology. I’ve found these tools help make work — and coaching — more brain-friendly and more effective.
A continual learner, I hold coaching certificates from the Neuroleadership Institute, Better Up, and iPEC and earned a Masters degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois.
Most grateful for:
My health and the ability to show up every day with curiosity and a focus on creating positive impact. I’m deeply thankful that nature is a healer and guide.
Proudest accomplishment:
I strive to be present. This is how I embody one of my favorite quotes from Henry David Thoreau: “To affect the quality of the day, that is the highest of the arts.”
Raising my two kind teenagers is one of my greatest works in progress ;)
